Within the framework of the round table in Session 1: Civil Code: Preparing for Global Changes for Business, the following question was analyzed: “The legislation has changed: what should be done with the concluded contracts? (Article 392 of the Civil Code).”
A more in-depth presentation was given in Session 2, which covered insolvency, Decree No. 93, legal protection of manufacturers and sellers, tax audits, and leases. Vasily Ryauzov examined generalized case studies from the furniture and construction industries. The main focus of his presentation was on systematizing interactions between manufacturers and customer demands, with an emphasis on pre-trial and trial procedures.
