• Development of a customized package of documents for the protection of personal data for a national operator that organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data of more than 2 million individuals;
• Bringing the national operator's personal data protection documentation into compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as a precondition for entering into a contractual relationship with a foreign organization;
• Tax consulting for foreign IT companies on providing services to Belarusian companies within the territory of the Republic of Belarus;
• Tax consulting on transactions with foreign entities, including the provision of advertising services, real estate leasing, and assignment of claims;
• Conducting a personnel audit and providing recommendations for addressing identified deficiencies.
